(The 2nd album of Akira Otsu, a lyricist. The original record was released in 1982. The jacket has a highly anonymous atmosphere as if it were an editing album, but it is a definite original album. Akira Otsu's singing is like a songwriter singing, and it looks like an uncle's singing voice at a karaoke cafe at the end of the venue. In short, it means it's not worth listening to. The essential songs are too unsophisticated to be called AOR, and too sophisticated if they are mood songs. Contents that do not stick to either. There is also the atmosphere of a 70's singer-songwriter.It's not as bad as it gets down to this point, but I can't say that it's good as a city pop, so I can't recommend it very much.
The frequency of sightings is very low. The price is on the rise, but I don't think it's worth it.)

City pop from the '90s and '00s that has completely become an air pocket in the shadow of the glorious '70s and '80s classics. It's a blog like a corner of the box where I relentlessly dig for CDs that are sold at 90% off at Bookoff or Hard Off. It's a group of people who have similar interests and write together. Occasionally we have events. The name was borrowed from the concept of "Light Mellow" advocated by music writer Toshikazu Kanazawa.
